1. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our software tools and algorithm templates (Automation Software, Analysis Software, and Digital Guides), all sales are final once the product has been delivered and access has been granted. As these items are non-tangible digital assets, they cannot be "returned" in a traditional sense. However, we handle technical issues and support requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product has a critical technical defect that prevents it from functioning as described
  • You were charged multiple times for the same product
  • You did not receive the product after purchase

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Software that has been accessed or downloaded
  • Dissatisfaction with market outcomes or trading results (our tools are analytical/educational utilities and do not guarantee profits)
  • Change of mind after digital delivery
  • Incompatibility with unsupported platforms or hardware

4. Technical Development & Solution Service

For our Software Development Service, refund eligibility depends on the technical development stage:

  • Full refund if the development project has not yet started
  • Partial refund based on the technical work completed/hours logged
  • No refund after final software delivery and technical handover

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@fxacademytools.com with the following information:

  • Your order number or transaction ID
  • The product name
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or evidence of the issue

6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

7. No Refund for Market Results

Market participation involves financial risk and dynamic conditions. FXAcademyTools provides digital software tools such as automation utilities, technical indicators, and algorithm templates. We do not guarantee financial profits or specific analytical success.

Refunds will not be issued based on market performance, account losses, or the inability to achieve specific financial outcome while using our software tools. All technical usage and market decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Payment and Refund Processing

Payments and refunds for purchases on this website may be processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. Paddle manages payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes for transactions.
